Achilles
Achilles is our stunning isabella (lilac) and tan long-haired male German Shepherd, and truly the heart of our program. He has an incredibly sweet, gentle personality with a medium-to-low drive, making him easygoing and wonderful with people of all ages. Achilles is happiest when he’s included in family life—whether that’s relaxing at home, hiking with the kids, or tagging along on our everyday adventures.
Currently weighing over 90 lbs, he brings both beautiful structure and a calm, affectionate temperament. Achilles is Embark tested clear, DM clear, AKC registered, and carries both blue and liver. He is also OFA certified for hips, elbows, and cardiac, giving us confidence in the strong health he passes on to his puppies.
Cienna
Cienna is our sweet, spunky girl with a big personality and an even bigger heart. She is incredibly social, loves meeting new people, and brings joy and silliness everywhere she goes. Whether she’s tagging along on errands, playing with the kids, or greeting visitors at the gate, Cienna thrives on being part of the action.
She is a striking isabella and tan stock coat German Shepherd and carries a wide range of color genetics, including long coat, blue, white, and liver.
Cienna is Embark DNA tested clear and DM clear, giving us confidence in the healthy foundation she contributes to our program.
Maruska
Maruska is our beautiful black and red long coat female imported from Serbia, and proudly serves as the matriarch of our program. She embodies everything we love about the breed — loyal, trustworthy, affectionate, and confident in every setting.
With a medium-to-low drive and a happy-go-lucky personality, Maruska has never met a person she didn’t adore. She is laid back, easygoing, and always ready for attention or a gentle cuddle. Her calm nature makes her a natural leader among our dogs, and she has contributed kindness, stability, and solid temperament to every litter she has produced.
Maruska is AKC registered, Embark tested clear, DM clear, and has completed hip and elbow evaluations. She does not carry additional color genetics.
Reykur
Meet Our Dogs
Reykur is a stunning black and red long coat female from our very own Maruska × Kru pairing. From the moment she arrived, we knew she would carry forward the best traits of her dam — solid structure, elegance, and a warm, gentle heart.
She has a sweet, people-oriented personality paired with a well-balanced medium drive. Reykur has excellent bone, beautiful conformation, and a naturally confident yet affectionate demeanor. Like Maruska, she loves interacting with families, exploring the outdoors, and being involved in daily life.
Reykur is AKC registered, long coat, DM clear, Embark tested clear, and OFA certified for hips and elbows, giving us confidence in both her health and her contribution to future generations.
Misty
Misty is our beautiful long coat blue sable female imported from France, bringing both elegance and athleticism to our program. She has a confident, curious nature and absolutely loves being part of family life — especially when kids are involved. Misty thrives when she has space to explore and enjoys going on runs and outdoor adventures, but what truly makes her special is her excellent off-switch in the home. She settles in calmly and is affectionate, intuitive, and easy to live with.
Misty carries liver and adds wonderful versatility to our lines in both temperament and genetics. She is hip and elbow tested with HD A / ED 0 ratings and is Embark DNA tested, giving us confidence in both her structure and genetic health as she contributes to future generations. Misty is also very special to us as our first co-own, and she is proudly co-owned with Renegat Haus.
Lyra
Cryptic Lyra is our stunning stock coat silver sable female, and in many ways she is a living tribute to Corrine’s heart dog who first inspired her deep love for the breed. Lyra carries both long coat and blue, adding beautiful genetic versatility to our program alongside her exceptional temperament.
Lyra has a gentle, submissive nature and is happiest simply being close to her people. She is deeply affectionate, intuitive, and thrives on quiet connection, whether that means sitting at your feet or following along to be part of whatever her family is doing. She absolutely adores children and has a naturally soft, trustworthy demeanor that makes her a joy to have in the home.
Structurally, Lyra reflects a more traditional, old-style German Shepherd build. She is taller, more square, and has a strong, straight back, giving her a balanced and classic outline. While she is not a high-energy female, she enjoys short bursts of activity and play, then is content to settle and relax, showing the wonderful off-switch we value in our dogs.
Lyra comes from excellent lines and is Embark DNA tested, giving us confidence as she contributes her structure, temperament, and classic breed type to future generations at NW Washington German Shepherds.
