Terms and Conditions:

  1. Care and Welfare:

    • The Adopter agrees to provide the puppy with the necessary veterinary care, including vaccinations, routine check-ups, and preventive treatments as recommended by a licensed veterinarian.

    • The Adopter agrees to provide proper nutrition, socialization, exercise, and training to ensure the well-being of the puppy.

  2. Living Conditions:

    • The puppy shall live indoors as a part of the family and shall not be kept outdoors as a primary living arrangement.

    • The Adopter agrees to create a safe and loving environment for the puppy.

  3. Rehoming Policy:

    • If, for any reason, the Adopter is unable to keep the puppy, the Adopter must notify the Breeder before seeking to rehome the puppy.

    • The Breeder will be given the first opportunity to reclaim the puppy or assist in finding a suitable new home.

  4. Return Policy:

    • If the Breeder reclaims the puppy, the Adopter agrees to return the puppy in a healthy condition. Any costs incurred for the return will be the responsibility of the Adopter.

  5. Non-Transferability:

    • The Adopter agrees not to sell, trade, or otherwise transfer ownership of the puppy without prior written consent from the Breeder.

  6. Governing Law:

    • This Agreement shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the state of Washington.
